Does the Basic plan have a free trial?+
Yes. The Basic plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge.
Does the Pro plan have a free trial?+
The Pro plan does not currently include a free trial. You can start on the Basic plan with a 3-day free trial and upgrade to Pro at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor.
Can I switch between plans at any time?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 13%. Basic is $12.99/month billed as $155.88/year. Pro is $44.99/month billed as $539.88/year.
What happens to my accounts if I cancel?+
If you cancel your subscription, your sync groups will stop replicating trades at the end of your billing period. Your account data and history will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Is my payment information secure?+
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How many Tradovate accounts can I connect?+
Basic allows up to 3 follower accounts in 1 sync group. Pro allows unlimited follower accounts across unlimited sync groups — ideal for managing many prop firm evaluations simultaneously.
